HERE TO HELP
Whether you are feeling down or depressed, anxious, uneasy or upset, dealing with relationship difficulties with a partner, family or at work, living with a diagnosis such as depression, anxiety or ADHD, or adjusting to life in a new country, I offer a calm, confidential space to work things through at your own pace.

1.
Individual
Psychotherapy
I welcome adults and teenagers (16 years and older) from all backgrounds. Most of my work is one-to-one consultations and this ensures clients get full and exclusive attention during the appointments.
2.
Couples Counselling
Catering for adult couples and partners of any sexual orientation, sex or gender. Creating harmonious enjoyable relationships. Respect and complement.
3.
Immigrants &
Relocatees
Specialised service counselling immigrants from all countries, returning expats, and NZ relocatees. Cultural issues and norms. Adaptation to a new culture, after a lengthy absence overseas, or when relocating within NZ. Richness and diversity.
4.
Younger
Adults
One of my special areas of interest is assisting younger adults (age 16 and above).
My Approach
My approach can shortly be described as Talking-Reflecting-Planning-Acting. Depending on your specific situation some parts of the process may take up more time than others. For example, a person may want to "just talk about what's going on", or they may want to get into working on a "plan of action" as soon as possible.

About me
Formally from Croatia, I have a degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Zagreb. Also a Post Grad Diploma in Psychotherapy. In NZ I have expanded my training in Psycho-dynamic and Psycho-analytic Psychotherapy. I am also a member of the Psychotherapists' Board Aotearoa (PBANZ) Professional Conduct Committee.
